The subject of the work is the reconstruction of the existing chain conveyors and coal container of the fluidized bed boiler K4 – 4 separate fuel routes.
A complete reconstruction of 4 chain conveyors, installation of compensators for fuel outlets, and replacement of newly supplied slide gates with manual and electromechanical control (a total of 21 pcs) was performed on the fuel route within the operational part. The capacity of each of the conveyors is 84 t/hour with a transport length of 20 m.
Within the investment part of the project, the coal container was lined with stainless steel sheet, passive elements, and 18 sword nozzles were installed. Another part was the supply and installation of new hoppers with stainless steel lining fitted with air pulse nozzles in the number of 130 pcs. Part of the project was the design and implementation of M&R with a connection to the superior control system.
The work was performed on a so-called “turnkey” basis, i.e. from the processing of the implementation documentation to the commissioning of the equipment.
