The company TRANSPORTA Technology offers cooperation in various areas of technology and engineering. We are the only company building on the historical successes of the TRANSPORTA brand known throughout Central Europe and worldwide.
Within our production portfolio, we offer System Solutions in the energy and production segment of the market in the form of turnkey deliveries or in the form of partial deliveries of our own Products.
SPECIALIZATION – PRODUCTION PROGRAM
Our selected technical solutions include in particular fuel transport and treatment and storage of bulk materials.
On the coal feeding line, we supply a wide range of belt conveyor types, including operation silo with pulse nozzles, slide gates, etc. On the biomass feeding line, we supply chain conveyors, crushing equipment, a container with an activator of material flow followed by screw conveyor transport and fuel weighing.
Similarly, we carry out the ash discharge lines, where we solve the requirements for cooling the fly ash by means of cooling screw conveyors. Furthermore, we solve storage containers for the fly ash and slag, used either for dispatching or for further processing in mixing plants.
In addition to the complete turnkey deliveries, our engineering and design department also deals with components – products for larger technological units, which we supply to the market under the brand name TRANSPORTA.
All our deliveries are subject to detailed qualitative checks carried out in our machining and steel structure production facilities.
TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
The solution of individual projects – a selection of a suitable concept, dimensioning of technology for required parameters, processing of project documentation – this all is a product of our engineering and project (? design) department. Separately or as a part of the above-mentioned services, we also offer engineering work for documentation processing in the stages from feasibility study to implementation projects.
ASSEMBLIES AND SERVICES
An important part of our services is independent assembly work and maintenance service within or after a warranty. For these services, we have an established service-assembly department with full mobile equipment.
