TRAFFIC SEMI-GANTRIES AND GANTRIES

Our gantry structures are designed for the installation of vertical traffic signs — both permanent signage and variable message systems providing real-time traffic information.
Depending on the required signage area, we offer a wide range of gantry configurations: single- or double-beam designs, full gantries with two supports or semi-gantries with one support, available with or without a maintenance walkway. The supporting steel structure consists of two bent U-shaped sheet metal profiles welded together to form a closed box section. The weld was designed as a continuous V-shaped butt weld to prevent water ingress and corrosion. The strut has a square cross-section. The steel base plate is anchored to the reinforced concrete footing using anchor bolts.
For double-beam gantries, a 600 mm-wide maintenance walkway is provided at the level of the lower beam. It is attached to the gantry via brackets made of rolled U120 profiles and is fitted with a 1.10 m-high safety railing. The walking surface consists of anti-slip grating (mesh size up to 15×15 mm / 30×10 mm) and includes a 100 mm-high toe board along the perimeter.
Our gantry types comply with the quality requirements for use on Czech motorways. The manufacturing documentation has been approved by the Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic (ŘSD ČR).

The offer includes design, production, delivery, assembly and commissioning according to the basic parameters specified by the customer. The design of the device and its static calculation corresponds to the specific requirements of the customer.
