On 22 – 23 May 2019, the 22nd annual conference on Technology for
Power Plants and Heating Plants for Solid Fuels took place in Medlov.
Zdeněk
Urban, CEO and Tomáš Nágl, CTO of TRANSPORTA Technology presented a
lecture on “Elimination of Overpressure in Fluidal Boilers Fuel Paths”.
Fluidal
boilers, which have been particularly popular in recent decades due to
lower emission limit problems and have a wider fuel base, have some
chronic operating problems. One of them is the overpressure in the fuel
paths, which makes the operation, inspection and maintenance of
transport equipment more difficult and further limits the technological
possibilities of accurate fuel dosing into the boiler.
The
lecturers presented how TRANSPORTA Technology solved these problems
during the reconstruction of fuel transport of the K11 boiler in the
Mondi Štětí area, during which the overpressure in the fuel paths was
eliminated and the fuel dosing accuracy was increased.
A part
of the lecture was also the introduction of TRANSPORTA brand history, on
whose successes TRANSPORTA Technology continues its activities mainly
in the field of MATERIAL – HANDLING with a focus on energy, industrial
production and waste management.
