DISC SEPARATOR

The device is suitable for sorting wood chips to a specific material thickness. It has been developed especially for the paper industry, which requires chip thickness of certain dimensions for pulp production.

Shafts fitted with sorting stars of the required thickness and spacing (modifiable in design) are mounted on the supporting frame construction of the separator. The sorting shafts are driven by a bevel-drive unit through a chain and sprockets. The device is equipped with a tensioning mechanism for the drive chain.

The device can be structurally modified to increase capacity (by adding more shafts). The supporting structure is designed for anchoring or suspension.

The offer includes design, production, delivery, assembly, and commissioning according to the basic parameters specified by the customer. The design of the device and its static calculation meet the specific requirements of the customer. The surface treatment corresponds to the needs of the environment, the placement of the conveyor, and the type of transported material. The device is supplied in stainless steel or with a surface treatment suitable for the given environment.
