COMB SEPARATOR

The device is suitable for sorting heterogeneous materials and separating larger pieces.
A shaft fitted with sorting stars of the required thickness and spacing (structurally modifiable) is mounted on the supporting frame construction of the separator. The stars pass through the combs, which sort the material into small and large components. The sorting shafts are driven by a bevel-gear drive unit.
The separator must be precisely positioned to the transport equipment and chute to function correctly.
The device can be structurally modified to increase capacity. The supporting structure is designed for anchoring or suspension.
