This equipment is designed for discharging hard-to-handle materials (e.g., biomass, wood waste, alternative fuels – waste).
The discharging equipment consists of a moving floor and screw conveyors, the moving floors are powered by hydraulic cylinders, and the source of the pressure is a hydraulic unit.
The discharging equipment can be applied to existing silos (with modifications to the lower part) or can be supplied with a new silo in the required size and shape.
The above-mentioned visualization shows the adaptation of a square-bottom discharging system to a round storage bin or silo. The newly supplied storage bin/silo can be designed according to specific needs (square, round, or rectangular).
The components of the elevating equipment are supplied in segments on pallets or in special fixtures.The offer includes design, production, delivery, assembly, and commissioning according to the basic parameters specified by the customer.
The design of the device and its static calculation meet the specific requirements of the customer. All products undergo strict final inspections by the quality requirements of TRANSPORTA Technology s.r.o.
