The device is suitable for sorting heterogeneous materials to separate larger pieces.
Shafts equipped with sorting rubber or steel stars are mounted on the supporting frame structure of the separator. Additional steel stars help to spread out bulk material for better sorting. The sorting shafts are driven by a bevel-drive unit through a chain and sprockets. The device includes a tensioning mechanism for the drive chain.
The device can be structurally modified to increase capacity (by adding more shafts). The supporting structure is designed for anchoring or suspension.
